Robert P. Bell Has had a feel for drawing since a very young age. In 1971 he obtained an Associated of Arts Degree which included Studies at the Chicago Academy of Art and the Art Institute of Chicago. In 1980, he became interested in the Bill Alexander style from PBS Television. This interest led to studying this technique at the Joan Darflinger studio in addition to attending seminars led by Master Artists throughout Illinois and Indiana. His great joy today is to be able to give back a gift, which he has been given. |
